Facades) in PDF/DWG formats.

Schedules & Specifications: Detailed technical lists for all windows, doors, and glazing
systems.

Engineering Integration: Discreet placement of technical systems (HVAC, septic, pool
machinery) to ensure they remain invisible to the eye.

05. Landscape Concept & Coordination

Scope Boundaries (Exclusions)

To maintain high-level design focus, this stage excludes:

Structural Engineering: Final load-bearing calculations (to be performed by a Structural
Engineer).

MEP Engineering: Final electrical, plumbing, and mechanical sizing (to be performed by
MEP Specialists).

Topographical Survey: Physical land surveying and soil analysis (Geotechnical
reports).

BOQ & Tendering: Detailed bills of quantities or construction contractor management.
