SERVICES

Service Modules

01. Concept Strategy & Mood
Defining the interior DNA and spatial logic.

Deep briefing to map the user experience—from the “Guest
Journey” in a boutique hotel to the private “Morning Rituals” of a villa owner.

Atmospheric collages defining color palettes,
textures, and the emotional tone of the space.

Preliminary selection of key finishes (stone, timber, textiles) that
anchor the project’s character.

02. Spatial Planning
Architectural layouts designed from the inside out.

Precision placement of furniture and fixtures based on ergonomic standards and flow optimization.

Defining the logic for integrated systems: kitchens, walk-in closets, and hidden storage solutions.

Strategic decisions on door portals, symmetry axes, and internal focal points.

03. High-End Visualization
Photorealistic immersion into your future environment.

3-5 high-fidelity renders per zone, capturing the true essence of the design.

Accurate depiction of natural and artificial light behavior on chosen textures.

Visual verification of material junctions (e.g., the transition from brass to marble).

04. Design Development & Technical Package
The digital twin (BIM) and execution roadmaps.

Partitioning, mounting/dismounting plans, and structural coordination.

Complex ceiling layouts integrating lighting, cornices, and HVAC diffusers.

Lighting scenarios, switch/socket mapping, and technical equipment connections.

Strategic alignment of water, sewage, and ventilation grilles with the aesthetic design.

Detailed layouts with precise start-points and junction types.

05. Detailed Millwork & Elevations
Technical detailing of bespoke elements.

Full wall scans showing decorative panels, electrical heights, and finish transitions.

Technical sketches for bespoke furniture production (dimensions, materials, internal logic).

Precision nodes for material intersections, shadow gaps, skirtings, and decorative moldings.

06. FF&E Specifications
Schedules for precise procurement.

Itemized list of all finishes with calculated quantities.

Selection of all plumbing fixtures and door hardware (handles, hinges, locks).

Specifications for all light types and technical parameters.

Curated lists of furniture, accent lighting, and textiles with dimensions and sourcing references.

Scope Boundaries (Exclusions)

To maintain a focus on design excellence, this stage excludes:

Final cutting lists for furniture (to be provided by the manufacturer).

Final circuit boards and electrical engineering (provided by MEP).

Physical ordering and delivery management (available under our Procurement service).

Daily labor management (available under our Design Supervision service).
