SERVICES

Protecting Design Integrity through Expert Oversight

To ensure the physical realization of the project precisely matches the approved architectural
and interior vision, preventing unauthorized “simplifications” by contractors.

Service Modules

01. On-Site Quality Control
Ensuring aesthetic compliance

Up to 2 site visits per week to verify that work progresses in strict accordance with architectural drawings and specifications.

Monitoring symmetry axes, alignment of decorative elements, and the execution of complex junctions.

02. Expert Consultation
Bridging the gap between design and construction.

Direct communication with on-site teams to clarify complex nodes, bespoke details, and material transitions.

Real-time resolution of conflicts arising during the integration of engineering systems into the aesthetic design.

03. Material & Aesthetic Approval
Final curation in the physical space.

Final approval of color swatches (mock-ups), textile textures, and finishes under the actual lighting conditions of the site.

Selecting the best-fit equipment and materials from vendor proposals within the framework of the approved moodboard.

04. Project Documentation Updates
Maintaining a living blueprint.

Promptly updating working drawings if hidden structural features are discovered during construction.

Maintaining a supervision log with weekly photo reports to keep the client informed of the aesthetic evolution.

The Value: Why It It Essential

Preventing “creative” shortcuts by contractors that compromise the project’s quality.

We handle all aesthetic coordination and dispute resolution, protecting your schedule.

Controlling the complex material junctions that define a high-end, luxury finish.

Limits of Responsibility (Exclusions)

Defining the boundary between Design and Engineering.

We focus on aesthetics. Technical safety, structural integrity, and compliance with building codes remain the responsibility of the Technical Supervisor (Site Engineer).

We do not manage the construction budget or handle payments to contractors, ensuring our objectivity as independent design experts.

Sourcing, purchasing, and logistics are covered under the Procurement & FF&E service and are billed separately.

We do not coordinate labor schedules or site logistics (General Contractor’s responsibility).

Final responsibility for calculated engineering/structural nodes stays with the respective licensed specialists.

Generating new design sections due to changes in the Client’s brief is billed separately.
