SERVICES

Global Sourcing and Bespoke Production Management

To manage the complex ecosystem of suppliers and artisans, ensuring every piece of furniture and finish meets the project’s aesthetic standards, budget, and timeline.

Service Scope

01. Vendor Sourcing & Selection
Qualifying the world’s best makers.

Global and local sourcing of vendors. We analyze a contractor’s production capacity and craftsmanship level to ensure they can handle the complexity of your specific project.

02. Custom Production Management
From technical drawing to masterwork.

Curating the creation of bespoke joinery and custom furniture. We perform factory inspections, monitor intermediate production stages, and consult artisans on complex
assembly nodes.

03. Quality & Deadline Control
Eliminating delays and defects.

Rigorous monitoring of production timelines and on-site verification of material samples (swatches, upholstery, finishes) against the project’s master standards.

04. Alternative Research
Agile solutions for project continuity.

If a product is discontinued or faces unexpected lead times, we immediately source alternatives that preserve the project’s aesthetic integrity and budget.

05. Quotation Consolidation
Financial transparency and clarity.

Collection and verification of commercial proposals from all vendors. We provide the Client with a consolidated, audited payment package.

Limits of Responsibility

Defining our role as Expert Consultants.

We act as design fiduciaries, confirming that goods meet the aesthetic and technical parameters of the project.

We serve as the vital link between design intent and the factory floor, “translating” architectural language for production teams.

Exclusions

Strategic boundaries for supply chain management.

We do not handle or transfer funds. All invoices are paid by the Client directly to the suppliers to ensure total transparency.

International shipping, insurance, and customs clearance are managed by specialized third-party logistics companies.

We work with market pricing but are not responsible for global price fluctuations or changes in vendor discount policies.

Physical unloading and on-site assembly is the responsibility of the installation contractors.
